United American Community Causes

*Volunteer Application*

Volunteer Application

This is the volunteer application to join UACC. Mission specific signup forms will be sent out as missions come to us. UACC is a United States based nonprofit & our volunteers must be United States citizens as well. By submitting this application, you are acknowledging you are an American citizen.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate & kept up to date. Ensure you can receive/respond to messages.

Team members' contact information will not be made public & is for UACC activities and records only. *As UACC grows, specific roles within teams may be assigned. This is a future appointment task.

*Fundraising Events

In addition to responsibilities within the team(s) you signup to join, all active members are required to participate in all fund raising events. Our fundraisers are critical for our operations. All active fundraising events are planned many months ahead, therefore all active volunteers will have notice. Exceptions will be considered for new members signing on within two weeks of an event. As we grow, this requirement is likely to change or be adjusted. By submitting your application, you are indicating you understand & acknowledge this participation requirement.

Due to the nature of our work, all UACC members must clear a background check, before receiving any active, public assignments.

This includes, but not limited to, our LIVE events.

Please read the team descriptions & select which team you would like to volunteer for. You may join more than one team, or all. If you join multiple teams & wish to make changes to the teams your assigned to, you may do so at any time by contacting a senior member.

You will receive an email that will outline the responsibilities for each team you join. In the cases of "Active Missions" some of these responsibilities may change or not apply at all, depending on the mission. Anytime UACC has active missions, all teams will receive emails, or an online meeting may be called to disclose details.

At the bottom of this signup form is an Ethics & Accountability Clause. As a UACC volunteer, you will be representing our organization and it is important you understand what is expected. The Ethics & Accountability Clause must be read, signed & returned before you can be given any UACC assignments.

Contact a senior member if you have any questions.

Note: subscribe to website & follow our social media pages for updates.

None of our volunteer teams will handle any monetary donations. All volunteers will have instructions for anyone who wishes to offer this type of aid.
